ORDERING INFORMATION: Sales Tax: Sales tax is charged on all orders shipped within Nevada. (varies by county)

RETURN POLICY: Product returns must be pre-authorized by phone. All returns must be done within 15 days of shipment.

SECURITY: We take security very seriously. Your order including your personal information and credit card number are stored on a secured transaction server. We do NOT release or sell our customer database or information to anyone. Your credit card is NOT billed when you place the order - it is billed when the product is shipped. When you connect to our secured site, your browser automatically uses Paypal to verify that you are doing business with a legitimate site. Then, your browser and our server use the public key contained within the certificate to encrypt all information that passes between them.

SHIPPING: We currently ship via US Postal Service. RUSH DELIVERY is available.

Timely Delivery:
Toffee Delights makes every effort to send out your order within 2 business days, however, during certain times of the year, this may not be possible due to a high volume of orders. We will do our best, but do not guarantee delivery on an exact day. If you are requesting a particular date for delivery, please include it in the comment section.

Shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Shipping cost:
All orders will be shipped via the US Postal Service with a tracking number. Shipping cost is based on the weight of the package, and current USPS rates.

Tracking of your order:
After your shipment is on the way, you will receive a confirming email with the USPS tracking number. You can track your package by logging onto www.USPS.com
